Seeds and grains

Seeds and grains are probably a very important component when it comes to producing a tasty gin.

These grains usually have very high-quality aromas hidden in them, these aromas are released by the maceration to the neutral alcohol and thus give the unique aroma to the later gin. Most seeds and grains are very expensive to obtain, but even very small amounts are sufficient to produce an aroma in the gin which is clearly attributable to these grains.

walnut have a nice nutty taste, almond shells have a nice bitter note and vanilla can completely change the flavour of the gin.

Therefore, these grains and seeds are a very important component for a good and high-quality gin with an individual aroma.
